Events beyond our control
We are not liable for changes, delays or cancellations caused by weather, landslides, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, strikes, riots, government orders, road closures, technical failures or other events beyond our reasonable control. Additional costs from such events are borne by the traveller.
Health and adventure
High-altitude destinations such as Ladakh, Kedarnath and parts of Sikkim, and activities such as rafting, trekking, scuba diving and paragliding involve risk. Travellers should check with a doctor, follow safety instructions and take part at their own risk. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Visas and entry
Visa and entry decisions are made only by the relevant embassy or authority. Our guidance does not guarantee approval, and visa fees are non-refundable.
